Water Soluble Fluxes
Amerway 625Cable Tinning Flux-- Amerway 625 Cable Tinning Flux is a water soluble, VOC free, organic activated flux designed for wire harness, cable and terminal tinning operations. The Amerway 625 has excellent solder wetting characteristics on a wide variety of metal wire surfaces. This product was specifically formulated for use on automotive, agricultural, appliance, industrial electronics and a variety of other applications using cables or wire harness.
Application: The Amerway 625 Cable Tinning Flux can be applied by wave, dipping, brushing or foam application. The flux reservoir tank should be made of plastic or titanium metal. Best results can be obtained by using the following guidelines:
A. Keep flux containers clean and free of all contamination.
B. Add fresh flux after every eight-hour shift.
C. Clean fluxing equipment regularly to remove debris and contamination.
