Radiator Repair Industrial Formulations

Amerway 1025 Soldering Flux -- The Amerway 1025 Soldering Flux is a strong Zinc Chloride activated inorganic type product designed for hard to solder surfaces.  Its unique formulation produces superior fluxing ability with less corrosive residue after soldering then usually found with other Zinc activated products.

Application:  Then Amerway 1025 Soldering Flux was designed for application procedures such as dipping, spraying or brushing and can be applied at room temperature.

Uses:  The Amerway 1025 Soldering Flux is compatible with stainless steel, carbon steel as well as copper, kovar and brass alloys such as in the automotive radiators and heater cores.

Residue Removal:  After soldering, flux residue may be corrosive under some circumstances.  If post soldering residue removal is required, a mild wash with a baking soda solution, followed by hot water rinse is recommended.
