Radiator Repair Industrial Formulations

Amerway 1000 Radiator Red Flux -- Amerway Radiator Red Flux is a specially formulated product for automotive copper - brass radiators and heater coil soldering applications. The Amerway Radiator Red Flux is a strong zinc-chloride based inorganic type flux which provides superior fluxing ability and strong solder bonding to radiator surfaces.

Application:  Amerway Radiator Red Flux was developed for applications in the soldering of automotive radiator and heater cores.  It is especially recommended for tube to header and tank soldering, operations as well as radiator repair.

Residue Removal:  Flux residue left after soldering may be corrosive under some circumstances.  If post soldering residue removal is considered necessary, a mild detergent wash and hot water rinse is recommended.

Safety:  Amerway Radiator Red Flux is non-flammable material.  However, standard precaution for handling acid material should be observed when handling this product
